"I have been using Qilta socks and calf sleeves for the past six weeks to aid recovery during what was a pretty heavy training block. My initial thoughts were how refreshing the products are on the skin and muscles after a long training run. They instantly soothe any hot spots on the feet and make the legs feel cool and recovered.
