I am a modern pentathlete, I train for 5 different disciplines -  swim, fence, show jumping, run and shoot, so my training week is pretty hectic.

I slip Qilta socks and sleeves on before or after a session, at work or the drive home, and my feet and claves feel a mixture of compression and cooling leaving them soothed and ache free ready for the next session.
